About Dermott

Dermott’s story

Dermott first became interested in osteopathy as a teenager. He had childhood asthma and, as an active sportsperson, kept picking up musculoskeletal injuries.

That experience sparked my interest in posture, injury recovery and prevention, and overall health and wellbeing. Today he brings the same interest to every home visit, with 50 to 60 minutes to assess and treat you in comfort.

  1. 2013Graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, with a degree validated by the University of Westminster, in Osteopathic Medicine (M.Ost) and a diploma in Naturopathy (ND).
  2. ClinicsWorked in several multidisciplinary clinics.
  3. NHSWorked in the Spinal Cord Injury Centre at the NHS Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, as part of the rehabilitation team.
  4. 2018Began practising as a mobile osteopath, bringing treatment to patients in their own homes.
