Hours & Flexible Scheduling
Appointments are available seven days a week, so you can book around your day rather than the other way round.
Daytime
Monday–Friday appointments before 6pm, ideal for flexible schedules or those working from home.
Evening
Slots from 6pm through to 10pm on weekdays, for anyone who can't get away during working hours.
Weekend
Saturday and Sunday appointments available, so treatment never has to wait until Monday.

A home visit is a full clinical appointment — just without the waiting room.

- ✓All hands-on osteopathic assessment and treatment equipment
- ✓Hygiene supplies including couch roll and hand sanitiser
- ✓A registered osteopath ready to treat on arrival
🏡What to Prepare
- ✓A quiet room with enough space to set up the treatment table (roughly 2m x 1.5m of clear floor)
- ✓A chair or two nearby, if needed for the assessment
- ✓Loose, comfortable clothing you can move freely in
- ✓Easy access for parking or entry, where possible
